Only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Holding parties is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. Noise must be kept to a minimum from 21:00pm to 10:00am. When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. *A DEPOSIT 350€ WILL BE CHARGED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AS A GUARANTEE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE. *REGISTRATION AND KEYS COLLECTION: Reception and Key collection service is available from 10:00h to 01:00h at street Muntaner, 60. It is very important that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to advise us of your preferred check-in and key collection option and so that we can talk you through the procedure. Checkin at apartment is at 15:00h.
