LUX APPARTAMENTI offers 1st Class accomodation at only 200 m from Porta Maggiore, 600 m from Cattedrale di San Giovanni,1,5 km from Stazione Termini, less than 2 km from Colosseo and from major commercial and historic sites. All apartments are simply modern and bright. Each apartment has one double size bedroom plus a living area with one or two large convertible sofa beds and closed/open plan fully equipped kitchen. All apartments offer washer – dryer, dishwasher and all kind of electric appliance to make comfortable and pleasant your stay. Free of charge: wi-fi, landline calls within Italy, free private parking in the same building, final cleaning for all stays, weekly cleaning for stays over 7days. No pets allowed. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. ***MANDATORY  FOR GUESTS*** The property you have booked doesn't have a 24hrs reception. CHECK IN IS ONLY BY APPOINTMENT from Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 7pm. Later than 7PM on working days, all day on Sundays or on Bank Holidays, check-in time must be agreed well in advance with the Reception and it will take place with the use of a locker with access code (you will be informed of the code before arrival). If you feel necessary to have our Staff on site attending your arrival, we will be pleased to assist you upon payment of an extra charge of €20 from 7PM to 10PM and of €30 if later and maximum until 12:00AM.
