The business hotel is situated 13 km outside of Rome city centre. There is a bus stop about 300 m away from the hotel. In roughly 5 minutes, Eur Fermi underground station may be reached by car, whilst Outlet Castel Romano shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Fiumicino and Ciampino airports lie 17 km and 15 km away respectively. Renovated in 2005, this hotel has a total of 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, of which 4 are junior suites, 2 are suites and 2 are apartments. Guests are offered a lobby with a lift, a safe and 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a restaurant, a bar, a TV room and conference facilities.
